I hope you’re doing well! I’m reaching out because I launched something last week that I believe in deeply, and I’d love for you to be part of it from the ground up.
What is Bubble Gum Razor?
Bubble Gum Razor is a new murder-mystery / suspense/slasher comic and podcast that dives into chilling stories with gripping tension, unforgettable characters, and a twist or two you won’t see coming. Its really one of the better things i have written in the last couple of years. Think raw atmosphere, unexpected betrayals, and storytelling that keeps you checking over your shoulder. I wanted to capture what it feels like to be a MURDER PODCASTER and A SERIAL KILLER all in one mix. Add a little bit of Broke Down And Four Dead Bodies crime and call it a day.
Why I’m Doing This
Immersive storytelling: I want readers/listeners to feel like they’re stepping into a crime scene with every page. Leaving clues to who the killer is, but also building a tapestry of suspense.
Fresh voice in horror/suspense: There’s a lot of great work out there—this project aims to blend classic slasher thrills with modern storytelling sensibilities. I think the artist Rolands Kalniņš has a very special style that showcases this horror.
NEW FORMATS- I am doing a podcast to connect with this, and it allows me to play with some new formats and help get new readers. We have hired CLAY ADAMS to be our voice actor.
